The Spiritual Practice of Namaste

'Namaste' is more than a greeting or salutation. It is a way of life. Its meaning ' "I bow to the Divine Self within You" has implications for all situations and all forms of communication.

When one embraces 'Namaste' as more than a convention, it becomes a salutation of loving, honoring, and becoming humble before the Divine. The salutation of 'Namaste' is common in the East and relatively unfamiliar in the West. However, if more people could feel "I bow to the Divine Self within You" and begin to experience inner bowing, a new society would be created. Namaste, beloved ones. JR
